Imbaraga mu Kwiyubaka (Strength in Rebuilding) is a GABA-organised commemoration initiative that brings together Rwanda's fitness and wellness industry to honour the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
Through remembrance, reflection, and community solidarity, the initiative creates a shared space for gym owners, wellness professionals, fitness practitioners, and their communities to reflect on the country's history, promote healing, and explore the role of the wellness industry in Rwanda's continued rebuilding.
Since its first edition in April 2025, the initiative has brought together 230 participants across two commemorative gatherings.
